What a wonderful concept. You leave your "stuff" with Owner's Locker and you never have to pay extra at the airline for checked bags (we can now do carry-on bags), your locker arrives to your destination before you, is picked-up and taken to storage after you leave, etc. I have a lot less worries with my locker.
Met John during my last trip to the World. What a nice guy! We recommend Owner's Locker to everyone we meet at the World as well as to our family and friends at home.

Owners Locker makes traveling to WDW so much easier no packing/unpacking and lugging your luggage.
John and Brian give great customer service.

We are new to DVC and Owner's Locker and had the pleasure of meeting John during our check out from AKL in September. Everything was easy to understand and worked well. Great service and great attitude from Owner's Locker. Thanks!

Just had our 3rd visit with our purple locker. Service remains stellar. This trip, my notification that my locker was waiting for me at the hotel came 7 hours before I even left for the airport. They guys are so efficient and professional!

I first read about Owner's Locker on Allears.net and we used it for the first time in April. We love it!! Makes packing a breeze, no more packing tiny bottles of shampoo to avoid checking bags. We keep everything from toiletries, to wine glasses, to our kids pool gear in the locker. We were very surprised with how large the actual locker was and found ourselves making a list of additional things to bring down in September. Our flights in April were delayed by a day, but no problem with our Locker, it was waiting for us when we arrived. As we made our way from Bell Services to our room, I must have fielded 5 questions about the Locker and I can not recommend it enough. We travel to Disney 4 - 5 times a year and Owner's Locker is going to save us time and money. My only wish is that I came up with the idea!

I just returned from a fast vacation from June 10th-14th, and having my locker with all of my Disney T-Shirts, shorts, socks, ponchos & all the tolietries waiting for me at my resort was WONDERFUL!. I was so happy to tell the airline attendent that I do not have any luggage, not even a small carry on, just my purse. No extra $25.00 per bag, no worries about putting my carry on in the overhead compartment. HOW WONDERFUL!!!! WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!! I LOVE MY LOCKER!!

We just used our Locker for the first time and we loved it! It was so handy not to have to pack all of those heavy bottles of shampoo & body wash etc into our luggage for our return flight. I already have a list of more things we'll take down next time to add to our locker. We weren't expecting them to be so spacious! What an awesome service!

We are a family of four with four lockers, and we love them! The lockers are big, hold lots of stuff, and the service is excellent. We travel to Kissimmee several times a year, during the cooler months, and our lockers enable us to pack very lightly and enjoy comforts of home that we'd never have if we had to lug all that stuff back and forth. In addition to shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, rain ponchos, etc.; we keep our own bed and bathroom linens, and extra clothing in our lockers. Since we travel with our dog, and Disney resorts are not pet-friendly, we stay in vacation rentals where the linens, kitchen utensils, etc., are hit or miss. With our own bed linens, pillows, special dishes, pans, and towels, we can turn any rental into a comfortable home away from home.
Also, I'm a Disney shopping nut, and have started squirrelling away things that would never pass the, "Will I really use this at home?" test, such as my plastic Mickey Mouse wine glasses or my Kilimanjaro Safari backpack or my souvenir Mickey and Minnie throws. All of that stuff lives in the locker until our next fun family trip to the World. At each arrival, my four year old daughter enjoys watching me unpack our "Disney stuff" and helping me make up our "Disney beds." It instantly turns the unfamiliar into the familiar and alleviates homesickness.
I highly recommend this service to anyone who makes at least an annual pilgrimage to Disney. It's really great!

We just used the services of Owner's Locker for the fifth time, and we love it.
I think, like others, my husband was skeptical about it in the beginning; now he appreciates the convenience of not having to pack all of his toiletries and of getting on the plane with a carry-on.
We highly recommend Owner's Locker; the service is second to none!

I would have given Owner's Locker a higher recommendation for their product, but the scale only goes to 10.
I can't say enough about Owner's Locker. What a great idea. We don't have to pack nearly as much and now there's no worries of liquids spilling on our clothes. That only happened once and then I heard about Owner's Locker. I signed up immediately.
We go online to schedule a delivery date and we have all of the confidence in the world that our Owner's Locker will be at the resort upon our arrival. Owner's Locker has really spoiled us. I hope they continue to keep up the great work.

This is such a great idea. Very convenient, and great to leave things that we only use at WDW. Saves much room in the suitcases. We are even thinking of renting a second one!

Owner's Locker has made a world of difference for our family of 6 who visit the "world" 5-6 times a year.
Having all of our comforts from home, our locker has enabled us to travel with our children (or without them) with merely a carry-on a piece. We recently made an unexpected diversion to Disney for a special 3 days (not from home). We made the decision at 7:00pm, and arrived at 11:00pm. Our locker was there BEFORE 8:00am with everything we needed!!!!!! We also keep our stroller there, so even our 4 year old was good to go!
While the concept itself is wonderful, and now we cannot imagine travelling without coming "home" to our locker, it is the service and complete professionalism that John and Brian exhibit that have won me over for LIFE. My husband travels 2 -3 times a month for business and humored me when I initially joined. I firmly believe that now he would own one in 8 or 9 places for business if they were offered by these two gentlemen. They both exceed expectations in every aspect of their business, and are truly a pleasure to work with.

As we posted in August, Owner’s Locker is a great product. We did upgrade to a second locker, because once you start using the Locker, you realize just how useful it is, and that you can save packing at least 10 pounds worth of stuff each trip.
But even more than the usefulness of the locker is the fantastic customer service. We were staying at Disney on a Friday night, scheduled to leave for the Disney Cruise the next day. We had only requested one locker be delivered, because we had carefully packed that with everything we needed for the cruise.
Everything except the pair of dress shoes I had left in the other locker, that is.
My choices at that point were to get a taxi to take me shoe shopping, or hope that I could have John and Brian deliver our other locker by checkout the next morning.
We got a hold of John by phone, and he arranged for the locker to be delivered. It came within two hours! No muss, no fuss – just outstanding customer service. (John – a big thank you!)
If you are on this board, you are a Disney fan, and expect the Disney level of customer service. John and Brian at Owner’s Locker far surpass that level. I honestly do not think that they can be improved upon.
And for anyone wondering if the Locker fits into the cabin on the cruise- it fits in perfectly under the desk. It is also easily tough enough that you should feel free to pack Champagne in it without fearing the bottles will get broken!

I've used my Owner's Locker twice now, and have another upcoming visit in a couple of weeks. It is so freeing to not have to pack all the stuff that now resides neatly in my locker. We took a trip to Disneyland last month, and how I missed not having to pack toiletries and other ancillary items!
I wanted to post about an interesting experience I had with my last locker pick-up. We were flying in to MCO, and going on a DCL cruise over the Labor Day weekend. John and Brian were extremely accommodating, and blew me away when they said they would meet me at baggage claim with my locker. I was fully expecting to arrange a meeting time either at their facility, or some spot perhaps near Disney property.
Sure enough, the day came, and Brian was waiting for my husband and me at the bottom of the escalators into baggage claim from the terminal - with not only our locker, but he'd gone to the trouble to get a cart for our use, too. Everything was effortless from our end, and we were so appreciative of OL's service - especially with what was about to come.
With our safe and secure locker in tow, we proceeded to the Southwest baggage claim to wait...and wait...and wait for 1 of our 2 suitcases. I was in the Southwest Baggage Service office filing a claim for my missing bag (after waiting over half an hour at the carousel), when my husband appeared with the missing bag - that was soaking wet. Of course, the good news was that our bag had made it, but it had obviously been left out in the rain and forgotten, given the timing and the condition of the bag. And in true airline fashion, the "customer service" reps were less than understanding of my concerns as to the condition of my bag, and somehow their mishandling of my luggage became my responsibility.
Needless to say, as we drove away from the airport, my husband and I discussed the amazing juxtaposition of customer service and care we had just experienced. On the one hand, we had a company that went out of their way to accommodate us, did the little things that certainly weren't expected, and most importantly handled our things with care. On the other hand, we had a company with little regard for our personal property, not a shred of customer service, and they barely managed to provide the most basic of services on that trip. Which company do you think I'll be consistently doing business with in the future?
Every company, in my opinion, could stand to learn something from these two fine gentlemen. They have a customer for life in us!
