Pros: Beautiful Resort,close to H.S. & Epcot,Sand bottom pool
Cons: none

WE stayed club level at the Yacht Cub May20-23.It was excellent! It was so nice to have everything you need so close to you. We spent alot of time at STARWARS WEEKEND,so we didn't use the lounge as much as we would have liked.But when we did it was excellent.We mostly used it for breakfast ,we missed out on the afternoon snacks and we did try the evening snacks & desserts.Because our family(mom dad kids 8,7,&5)are not huge eaters we found the food that was there was more than enough. WE did have a few other meals at the parks. But if you timed it right you could do alot of your eating at the resort. It was nice to grab a beer or coffee when ever you wanted. The ladies in the lounge were amazing. We enjoyed their smiling faces and they always went way above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.They really catered to our kids. We did get a passholder deal,. It is expensive but if you use whats there for you,it is a great holiday. WE would definatly stay club level again if our pocket book allows us to.:)If you can try it for a few days!

Pros: Better choices at breakfast this year
Cons:

My family and I stayed here again from November 28-December 4. This year they offered oatmeal with great toppings for breakfast. This was great for my family and I. They had the basic same offerings as last year. They also keep the room open all night for soft drinks and snacks. They do close for an hour at a time certain parts of the day when they are switching the food. We wish they would keep it open. This year I only am giving it an 8 because some of the desk staff were not as friendly. The service staff for the lounge is terrific. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Not so much for the desk staff. We checked in at 11am and requested a bedrail 4 times. We finally received it at 9:30pm. We had a few other issues as well but nothing major. But we love this resort and the concierge level. We would recommend this resort and concierge level to anyone. We hope to go again this year.
