We were very disappointed in our experience. My 4 year old was so excited about this experience. She talked about it for months before our trip. When we got there, she was asked how she wanted her hair. The hairstyle she wanted came with a big bow, and she did not want tge big bow just the hairstyle. I was going to buy a headband tiara set separately, so that the hairstyle could be done, but the lady helping was very pushy about the bow vs the bun to get the tiara. ( My daughter wanted cinderella but not the bun.) She also didn't even ask about shoes, I happened to see them as we waited and another lady helped me. When she went in to her fairy godmother, she was already nervous. Now,she loved getting to pick out her nail polish and eye colors. But you could tell, she was so sad about the rest. As soon as she was done. She ran to me, put her head on my shoulder and quietly cried. She was so upset, we went to the barber shop to see if they would accept a walk in and help. Thank goodness for Carmen and Lauren there. Bibbidy bobbidy could have been magical but they chose to not listen to a quiet 4 year old and push a decision on her that "they" approved of. So disappointed and saddened by this experience. 😞

Pros:

Fairy godmother was patient and seemed kind

Cons:

Overall I would NOT recommend this experience.

I took my three girls there to do the best package and get their hair and makeup done. The biggest problem is: THEY HAVE ALMOST NO INVENTORY. They were either very small (XxS) or very big (9/10). They hand your kid a book filled with dresses and your kids picks one out then gets disappointed when the three dresses they pick out they don’t have the size for (and we are talking a 6/7 year old, not a tiny kid or an older kid) Not the cheaper dresses either, they don’t keep a stock of the expensive ones? Get the make up done, get the hair done, bring your own dress.

Pros:

Hairdresser was great

Cons:

The dress shop manager doesn’t keep inventory. There were about 3 dresses on each rack and either XXS or 9/10. When I talked to her about the lack of stock for even the most expensive dresses she was defensive and flippant. She ruined the experience for me and with the highest package I was not expecting poor management. She needs some retraining on soft skills or termination.

Bippity Boppity Birthday celebration. This was a once in a lifetime experience for my DD 5th birthday. My Dd went out of the box with her Diva hairdo, a wedding type princess dress and the most colorful sparkly maryjane type shoes. I had to run next door to by a pair of silk like pj's to wear under the itchy dress. She wore them til they were shorts!
The fairy godmother was spectacular! Tamed her waist length hair into a bun which lasted days, kept dd laughing & giggling the whole time. My mom thought I was crazy until another guest photographed Nana & DD walking hand in hand from behind. The photo is priceless.
We got our monies worth as DD wore her shoes til the toes wore out & her dress was part of a collection she wore everywhere on a daily basis. The godmothers in training fanned over her as they did her nails & makeup. For a girl who could be shy and nervous around people, she owned every second of the experience. She was transformed into a princess and spent the rest of our park day waving to everyone as if she were in the parade!

Pros:

A one of a kind experience, sensational staff

Cons:

Glitter for days....thankfully not sprinkled all about our home.

Very Expensive, Crowded

Pros:

Most fairy godmothers go out of their way to make your little one have a truly magical experience.

Cons:

For the full package, (hair, makeup outfit) it was over $100 - outfits look very hot and itchy - perfect for the Florida heat and humidity. Disney is booking too many appointments and letting too many people into the salon to watch their loved ones undergo a makeover. The adults can hardly walk around.

My now 17 year old daughter says this was one of her all time favorite Disney experiences. She loved the attention to detail and how the staff always made her feel like a true princess. To save a little money, we bought her princess costume outside of the parks. This is worth the price just to see the smile on your little girls face..priceless

Pros:

Staff is wonderful and are great at making little girls feel like a true Disney Princess

Cons:

Price

Ok, let's talk real for a moment: I was there for my 3 year old cousin and she had her hair, nails and make up done. She wasn't enjoying it as much as we, grown ups, were as we watched it. By the look on her eyes she was bored and I bet she would rather be at the parks going on Dumbo for the 10th time in a row.
I have to admit it is a very sweet experience for the little ones - just make sure they really want to do it and will enjoy it and make it worth it.

Pros:

The fairy godmothers are so so magical, sweet and the lovely lady we had was super patient and had a way with kids. I just love Cast Members who help to keep the magic alive!!!

Cons:

The price is just too much for what you get. Ok, maybe we can't put a tag on "magic", but still, I would rather spend that amount to go to one of the parks again.

This is something very special for your little princess if they want to dress up and get their makeup/hair done. We have done it 3 times and the staff have always made our daughter feel special. I would say you should do this in Spring and not MK if you can. Springs is a bigger space, there is a magic mirror you don't get in MK and it feels less rushed

Pros:

Make your princess feel super speical

Cons:

Pricey, you feel a little rushed

My 4 year old daughter had a 8:00 AM reservation so that we could do this before our 10 AM breakfast reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. We did not have to wait at all...she got done so fast we even had time to go over to Princess Fairytale Hall and meet all 4 princesses before breakfast! The makeover itself was wonderful. She chose a Tinkerbell dress and I expected to pay a fortune for it but it only cost $30. I've paid $25 at Target. She loved every minute and she looked absolutely adorable. The photographer in the Boutique was great...he captured so many wonderful shots! And the photo session afterward was great too...such great shots we never could have gotten ourselves. This is an expensive thing to do, but what a fun experience for our little one. Well worth it.

Pros:

Great experience

Cons:
