My mother is an avid gardener. She fell in love with the greenhouses after we boarded "Living with the Land". When she heard that it was possible to take a tour inside, we quickly walked back to Soarin' and signed her up for a Saturday morning tour.
She reports that her tour group was less than 12 people, and mostly older people. Her tour guide was a biology student from UNC. My mother absolutely loved the tour. The tour guide was friendly, talkative, well-informed and made everyone feel comfortable. The group walked through the different greenhouses and aquaculture stations, sampled some produce and took a closer look at many of the stations visible from the ride. The tour guide even pointed out a few Hidden Mickeys!
Even with the price increase (it is now $18), it is well worth it for anyone who loves to garden. It definitely enhanced my mother's day at EPCOT. An affordable luxury that will delight anyone with an interest in science.

We did this tour at 1:30p on Christmas Day. It was just our party and a mom/son. Landon was our tour guide and he was terrific. He was straightforward and honest, answered all of our questions and then some. He spent over an hour with us. It was much more than I expected and we all learned something. I would definitely recommend this, especially if you have older kids.
