I took my family (and the other family we were travelling with) to 'Ohana on Sat, Nov 14. It is hard to say whether this has now beat out Le Cell as my husband's favorite, but it is really close. We had a 5:00 ressie, but didn't arrive until right at 5:00. Consequently, we missed the opening of the restaurant (but it was our own fault). Additionally, because we hadn't checked in a few minutes early like we were supposed to, we were delayed a bit in getting seated (I think our pager went off at about 5:15). Otherwise, waiting in the lounge was nice, and my husband got his much-needed beer after a day in the Magic Kingdom.
The food was, as I knew, amazing. My husband sai that he left the restaurant "hurting" that he ate so much. I would list which food was excellent, but EVERYTHING was excellent. Our servers were attentive and brought more of anything we requested. The kids really enjoyed the limbo and the hula, but were disappointed that there were no coconut races while we were there.
The ONLY negative that I might say is that the meal took longer than I would have liked. I made the 5:00 so that we could (hopefully) get back to the MK in time for Spectro at 7. We didn't quite make it. We saw the last third of Spectro from about the fourth row back. Again, that could be because we took our own sweet time stuffing our faces. (or because we were a table of eight)
This is now on our must-do list for Disney Dining!

We absolutely loved this restaurant. Our ADR was for 8:05 on Nov. 9th at 8:05. We were afraid we would miss the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom because people would stay at their table until the fireworks were over. The hostess, Ryan, said we were right and then told us to go down to the beach where we would have a great view of the fireworks and then to rush back up to the restaurant. We did just what she said and had an incredible viewing of the fireworks while our granddaughter played in the sand on the beach. This was the start of a wonderful evening. Thanks Ryan!
'Ohana has wonderful food. The grilled meat just keeps coming! We loved the grilled steak and shrimp along with everything else. The dessert was delicious! Our server never rushed us and was very friendly and helpful. She even got us a copy of the coconut bread pudding recipe.
Our 5 year old granddaughter loved doing the limbo and receiving a lei. She and our daughter both got up and did the hula dance. What a treat for us!!!

We ate diiner there on Oct. 27th and it was by far the best meal we have ever had at WDW and maybe the BEST meal we have ever had! We had ADR for 6:00 and arrived almost an hour early and were seated within 10 minutes. The food tasted so good that we only wished we could have eaten more of it! The wait staff was super friendly and efficient. They brought around more food than we could ever have eaten. The banana bread pudding and ice cream for dessert was delicious. After we were done eating they brought us two HUGE cupcakes with candles to celebrate our 30th wedding Anniversary and of course brought the to-go boxes because we were stuffed. Great view, great food, & can't wait to go there again.

This is a great experience for all ages. Everything is always cooked just right! But the only thing I didn't like was they didn't keep our drinks full. You have to ask 50 times but other than that, it's to die for.

On our recent trips to Disney we have had problems with undercooked turkey but we asked our server to tell the chef to really cook it and thats what we got. It was perfectly cooked, but not burnt. The dumplings and lo mein is good as always. The bread pudding is really good and the vanilla ice cream is really yummy. Make sure to leave room for this!!!

'Ohana is by all the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food served on the skewers was rock hard probably because everything is cooked on a open fire grill. The dessert was ok even though my mom can make it 100x better. And the wait staff were sloppy, unorganized, rude and the waitress asked for her tip. The meal came to $180.00 for three people. They were so lucky I was on the Disney Dining plan.
Personally I could get a better meal and service at any McDonald's in the world. 0 out of 10 stars.

We ate there during the week of 10/24-31. We had reservations and there was really only a 5 min wait. All of the food was good. I am not a fan of pork or turkey, but the steak and shrimp were good. They were great about coming around and asking if you wanted more. They initially just give a few pieces of everything but when I asked for more shrimp she gave me 7 pieces. The dessert was to die for.
They also gave the kids chicken and fries, since my kids are terrible eaters. It was a huge portion that my 4 year old could share with my toddler.
I tried to time it to see the MK fireworks, but the kids were too tired.
My biggest complaint is that it took us over an hour to get from the Beach Club to the Polynesian using the bus and monorail system. I actually had another reservation over at the Wilderness Lodge but canceled because it was too much trouble with the kids.

Be prepared to eat. And eat. And then eat some more! The food here was one of the highlights of our trip -- our "cousins" Emmanuel and Cliff (both long time employees of the restaurant) were our servers and they were fabulous! Our glasses were never empty, our plates always filled.
We had a party of 4 (2 adults, a 4 year old and a 10 year old) and no ressies. I called Dining and was told that she couldn't make a reservation w/in the hour. When she called 'Ohana, they didn't answer so we took a chance and went over. They were, of course, booked. When I told the hostess that dining tried to contact them and they didn't answer, we were squeezed in and sat in about 15 minutes!
Our server Emmanuel brought our son his drink in a REAL pineapple (because he overhead my son talking about getting one) and he was so excited, he felt so grown-up. When the food arrived it just kept coming on over. Every 5-10 minutes we got something else on our plate -- beef, shrimp, pork, veggies -- and all were cooked to perfection.
The dessert was delicious. A banana bread pudding with a bananas foster sauce...mmmmmm, mmmmm, mmmmmm! Even my kids ate some of it (which my hubby and I didn't exactly want to share with anyone under the age of 11!).
Thankfully, we had the free Disney Dining plan, but after this meal, this would be our big meal-purchase if we didn't. I think that our total bill, with tip, was around $125.00 for the 4 of us and that included 2 alcoholic drinks.

Dined there Oct 19 with Party of Nine.
Always seems to be easiest restaurant for large parties. This has become my favorite Disney restaurant. The food is always FABULOUS and SO MUCH OF IT.
From the moment you sit down with the sweet bread until they bring out the bread pudding - what a meal. Unless you are a vegitarian, this is the place - Steak / Shrimp / Pork - its all GREAT.
In addition to the food, the service is ALWAYS top notch "Disney" service. The limbo / coconut race / singing - always makes this a great place for the entire family.
Can't recommend it higher...

We ate at O'hana for dinner on 10/24. Our party of 4 adults, two children and one infant was sat within 10 minutes. Servers were great, food was fantastic. One of the more reasonably priced meals on property. After dropping multiple hundreds on Cinderella's Royal Table, O'hana was a pleasure. I have a food allergy, and the very nice chef came to my table to advise me to avoid the wings. He then proceeded to bring me my own personal plate of "sticky wings" from Kona! Now that is what I call SERVICE. The servers seemed harried and busy but we always got more of whatever we requested in a reasonable amount of time. We were at WDW for 10 days and we all pretty much agreed that O'hana was our best meal.

We ate at Ohana back in July for the first time. We had been planning this family vacation for a while. My parents, brothers family and my family all together. We booked O'hana at 5pm and we were seated within a few min. The food was excellent. We had 11 of us in our party and sat us all together. They brought dessert out and my father who is a diabetic mentioned that he cannot eat this and before we knew it the chef himself came out and presented my dad with a diabetic dessert that my mom said was better than the bread pudding. My family is still talking about this O'hana and we can't wait to go back!

I have visited 'Ohana several times in the past, and it is always an awesome experience. However, on my most recent visits, I find myself wishing that they would return to the menu of the past. I miss the yummy Au Gratin potatoes and the dessert of pineapple and caramel dipping sauce! I sooo wish they would bring those back. My favorite item on the menu continues to be the wings. The noodles were sticky and bland, and the dessert was a little egg-y for my tastes. But, I would recommend this restaurant to others looking for good eats and a fun time.

This was our first visit here and we loved it! Our server was fast and efficient, the food was great and plentiful, and the drinks were always full. Our four year old twin nieces missed the ice cream while up doing the hula and our server was quick to bring them their own HUGE bowl. We visit WDW every year, and this is now on our "don't miss" list!

DH and I ate here on 9/24. We have been here on several occassions and it is one of our favorite meals. When we arrived, they were out of pagers and I was worried we would have a long wait. I think we waited less than 10 minutes. It wasn't bad at all. Our server took our drink orders and then the food started coming out. Everything was fantastic. Our main server was very slow at bringing out refills and there were several times we had to ask more than once. We had asked our server for a refill on our drinks before our dessert had come out. She found time to bring us our check, but not the drink refills. We did not get those until after we had finished dessert. On the other hand, the assistant was fantastic. He was wonderful about bringing out more of anything we wanted and he seemed glad to do it. The same entertainer was there that we have seen on our last several trips and it was nice to be able to see her again. We will gladly go back to 'Ohana again. Hopefully we will have a different server.
