Pros: Beautiful resorts, meeting Cinderella and Prince Charming
Cons: none

When our 180 day mark came to make ressies this was my first. I had read reviews and wanted to do something for my DD4 first visit to DW. We had ressies for 3/18 but my DD got sick and ended up at Centra Care, we missed our ressies but fortunatley our hotel helped us get ressies the very next day on 3/19 at 4:30pm. We were at the HS for the day and had to take a bus to MK then took the monorail to GF. It was a nice trip. We had never been to the GF and was treated like royalty from the start. My DD had been to the BBB the day before and thank goodness her hair lasted. She still wasn't feeling good so I took her Cinderella dress with us and had her change in the restroom at the GF. This restroom was VERY small and I wasn't the only one who had the same idea of changing dresses. We had our picture taken out front in front of castle painting and then was introduced by family name to enter the room. Our waiter wasn't very attentive but it was a buffet so it didn't matter. The food was awesome, plentiful, great variety. My DH loved the peel and eat shrimp and all the different cold salads. The strawberry soup is more of a dessert for us we dipped fresh fruit into it. We purchased the photoepass+ so we received a photo package with a 5x7 and several smaller pictures brought to our table and the rest of our pictures was on the photopass+. The characters were announced and came around the tables and spent time to do autographs and pictures. My DD4 was totally dressed as Cinderella and turned heads and received so many compliments from not only castmembers but from the characters themselves. She soaked all the attention in. I had read earlier reviews about the waltz during the meal and my dreams as a mother came true when Prince Charming came over and asked my little princess to dance with him. She of course obliged and I wish I had my video camera because I was awe struck and wished it was me!!! I will never forget that moment. I would totally recommend this character dining if just to visit the beautiful resort. Unless we hit the lottery we would probably never get an opportunity to stay here but was nice to visit.

Pros: character greeting
Cons: atmosphere

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I had supper at 1900 Park Fare on March 2, 2013. The positive aspect is the character interaction with the diners and that is about all and even then the quality of the interaction was just o.k. The atmosphere on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. The room itself is tired-looking, much like you would have found in the 80's. Some sprucing up is in order. The buffet was by far the least complete that I have eaten at Disney. You will find much better choices at Chef Mickey, the Crystal Palace or Akershus in terms of food and character interaction. Our waitress was pleasant enough but nothing outstanding although she did tell us when to go to the buffet so that we would not miss the characters and that was appreciated. We will not go back when much better choices are available.

Pros: food and chef
Cons: characters and noise level

The food was good but the noise level was almost unbearable. The wait staff was good but rushed. The most important reason for coming to this buffet are the characters and I found them to be lacking. They were not very interactive and because we were at the end of their rounds they rushed. Anastasia was by far the best. I have dined at CRT and the princess lunch at EPOCT and prefer the character interactions there. The chef was very helpful in dealing with our allergies. We did enjoy our evening however, due to the cost and characters I cannot recommend.

Pros: cinderella and prince charming good variety of food
Cons: none

We had an ADR for 4:55 and were seated right away.
Our picture was taken in front of the mural in the lobby. Cinderella, Prince Charming, Anastasia & Drizella went around the room. There was a good variety of food. The beef stew and noodle salad was very good. The strawberry soup was also very good.

Pros: character interactions (with others)
Cons: rushed service, food

I went here with my sister (2 adults). I enjoyed watching the characters interacting with each other and other guests, particularly the stepmother and stepsisters. The stepsisters made quite a fuss over the boys. Perhaps because we didn't have kids with us, the characters seem to pass us by rather quickly. In fact, a couple (Cinderella and a stepsister) passed us by completely. We had to ask our waiter for them to come to our table, which was kind of awkward and rushed. I had eaten here before and remembered the food more fondly. This visit I didn't find as much food that I liked. I actually left a buffet not feeling full. I guess it's a good I didn't eat much because my sister became violently (yes, violently) ill shortly after dinner and it really spoiled our plans for MK EMH. Our server was friendly but I felt really rushed, like he already calculated 18% of 2 buffet meals and was ready to turn the table over to the next party of 2. I am only recommending 1900 for the characters. For lower prices, better food quality and okay characters, I'll stick to breakfast here. As with most, if not all, character meals, this place is large, loud, crowded and it takes a long time for all the characters to make it to your table.

Pros: Food, service
Cons: price

Had dinner for the first time at 1900 Park Fare and was not disappointed. Our table was near the entrance the characters used to enter the dining room so we were one of the first stops. Our 5 yr old niece fell in love with Prince Charming, actually all the ladies at the table were lining up to have their picture taken with him! Cinderella and the rest of the characters also spent time at the table with us feeling rush to visit with them. The kids in our party loved the kiddie buffet counter since it was low enough for them to get their own food. There was plenty of selection on the buffet and everything was good. Even though it was crowded the buffet was replenished often and the lines were never very long. The only complaint is considering the price of the buffet; the picture should be included in the price. It was a very expensive dinner and being charged $30 for the picture taken before dinner seems a little steep.

Pros:
Cons:

I guess the only complaint I have is their food. It is just not as good as it used to be and all the buffets w/characters seem to have pretty much the same food. Here they have the strawberry soup (I love it) but pretty much all else is the same as you can get at another buffet w/characters. A little imagination is needed. We were there 12/13-12/20/12. I used to really like this place to eat but will probably go there again when we have our grandaughter with us.

Pros: All
Cons: None

Last night's dinner was phenomenal. We had been here for breakfast once before, but we wanted to try dinner, esp. since it was with the Treamaines. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

The wait staff were kind, courteous, and quick on their feet.

The buffet was great. I esp. enjoyed the rice and pork, while both of my sisters were head over heels for the strawberry soup. They were delighted to find out that the recipe was included in our photo package.

As for character interaction, we were delighted. Prince Charming was great, very gentleman-y, asking Dad if he protects the three princesses. Cinderella was better than the Cinderella we had met at Cinderella's castle in August.

Lady Tremaine was a hoot. After whispering/gossiping with my youngest sister about Cinderella, she began to hit on my Dad.

Drizella was amazing. My other sister told her that she was her favorite, and after talking about how great she was for a few minutes, she said "I don't just going around saying this to everyone, but you're my new best friend." She then proceeded to announce it to the entire restaurant.

While waiting for Anastasia (who seemed to be taking a while) we heard the following dialogue
D: MOTHER! Have you seen this shirt? It has Cinderella wearing a bow like mine!!!
L: She can not pull it off, that is YOUR signature style!

When Anastasia came around we had finished eating and were waiting on the bill. She did not disappoint. The first thing she said to me was "Is your hair like mine? And you're wearing the same colors as me?!? We're matching!" She then proceeded to point out that my other sister was dressed like Drizella. She noticed my youngest sister's hair (which is brown and long, except for about the last five inches, which is blonde and then red) and screamed acorss the restaurant to Lady Treamine, telling her she wanted the same hair, making a point to life up my sister's hair and hold it to her head. While taking the picture, she taught us "the step sister's pose" and we toke a really cute picture.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we're definitely going back.

Pros: food, character interaction
Cons: people taking pictures in the path to the buffet

We had a reservation on Dec 6th after having our picture taken we were shown to our seats/ We were celebrating our granddaughter's birthday and she was so excited to be there. That was all she talked about all day. The interacting with the stepmom and stepsisters was super. Miranda kept telling them to be nice to Cinderella and they explained they were (they thought they were). Of course they then thought my DH was SAnta so they wanted to give him their list. I liked being able to add the picture to our photo pass, which we did the next day. The food was very good. I had never seen the nine year old eat so much. She loved the peel and eat shrimp and of course the mac and cheese. I couldn't wait to try the strawberry soup and was not disappointed. I was so glad we got the recipe with the picture. I will be making it at home. This was a first visit for us and we will be back I am sure. During the celebration they brought Miranda 2 cupcakes and a plastic placemat signed by all the characters for her birthday she had cards from other restaurants so she was really excited about the mat.

Pros: Good Food, Characters
Cons: No Lady Tremaine

We went to this dinner on the day we arrived. We were the first table sat. The characters were great. We were sooooo disappointed that Lady Tremaine was not there. We finally got to see her at the park after several days of trying and missing.
The food was outstanding. Loved the Strawberry Soup.

Pros:
Cons:

We dined here 10/31/12. We arrived right at our ADR time and were led into our table about 10 minutes later. This is not our first time dining here so we know what to expect as far as character interaction and food. Prince Charming was first to visit our table. Our 3 and 9 year old girls were almost star struck with him. Cindy, Lady Tremaine,
Anastasia and Drizella followed. Food was very good, everything from the sliced beef to buttered noodles for the kids.

Pros: characters
Cons: food

This is my second time here. The first time was amazing however this time was not as magical. The food was not up to "Grand" standards. The chicken was cold, the ice cream machine was not operating and the Step Mother was not there. A great Place for your little Princess to meet Cinderella and Prince Charming but other then that..it's not so special.

Pros: characters were fun, food was good
Cons: very loud

Cesar salad was great! We thought all the food was good, especially the desserts. We had good character interactions, but the room we were in had dark lighting and made for bad pictures. This is one we would do again.
