Pros: Great Food, Wait Staff are Great
Cons: None

This is the best kept secret at downtown Disney. I cant rave enough about this. A family of 4 ate for 28 dollars. This was an unexpected surprise for us. Our kids ate the whole sandwich and asked for more very unusual for 7 and a 5 year old. I had the heart attack special, and still wanted more, my wife had the veggie. I would recommend this to all.

Pros: yummy sandwiches
Cons:

We ate at Earl of Sandwich twice during our week-long vacation this September. Once was late-night dinner, just DH and me, while shopping for the kids at Downtown Disney. We ordered our favorite sandwiches - Full Montagu for DH, Italian for me. They did not disappoint. The bread they use is really good, sandwich is served hot and delicious. Also, I really like the brownies they offer as desserts (DH got a cupcake crown this time, it looked really good).

The second time we came there this trip was on our last day, to use up some leftover quick-service credits for sandwiches and brownies to go (snack for later and lunch before we left to go home). As always, staff very friendly and fast service (particularly since we ordered 8 sandwiches and desserts to go). I highly recommend giving the Earl of Sandwich a try, it is one of our favorite counter-service places. We will be back!

Pros: The food
Cons: Nothing

First time eating here and well worth the trip. I had the tomato soup with homemade croutons and the BLT and DH had the Ham and Cheese. The soup with soooooo good (my mouth is watering just writing about it) as were our sandwiches.

Well worth a trip or two during your stay. Probably one of the best on property.

Pros: Wonderful sandwiches!!!
Cons: too many people know how good this place is!!!

We had only planned to eat at this location once on our trip, but loved it so much we made a special extra trip to this location. Our family of four tried several diffent sanwiches and found them all to be very very good. Now we are sorry we skipped it on our trip last year. Long lines move very fast and the workers are very efficient and quick.

Pros: food
Cons: seating, or lack of enough

Enjoy the food very much. DH likes the Full Monte & I get a Cobb salad. You can't go wrong here! Strategy is the key, someone stay in line and someone find a seat. W/ cell phones you can communicate where to meet up and everyone is happy!

Pros: Food
Cons: Wish there was more indoor seating

These are the best sandwiches around and the most inexpensive. We stop here at least twice on each trip. If you stop in and see a long line, don't worry - it moves very quickly.

We always spend our last day in Downtown Disney and get a sandwich each to go - pack it up to bring on the plane.

Don't miss out on the brownies. They are the best!!

Pros: Great sandwiches and salads
Cons: Too long waiting in line

The sandwiches here are very good as is the bread. The salads are made to order and are very good, too. Downside, what a shame to have such a long wait to get such good food!! They do take the DDP, but you cannot get chips and dessert, it is either or.

Pros: Food
Cons: None

It took us 3 trips before we discovered this place - what a shame! Earl of Sandwich has the best sandwiches I have ever had.

We visited twice during our trip from 9/19 to 9/29, the last visit being on the day we left. The Ham and Swiss was to die for! I love that they run all their sandwiches through the toaster. The flavors are so wonderful.

I wouldn't be intimidated by long lines - they seem to have it down to a system to cycle orders through, and our wait was never more than 15 minutes each time we have been there. Even so, I would still say it's worth the wait if you have to.

Another "must have at least once" for our trips!

Pros: Food
Cons:

We started our Disney trip and also ended it here. Great food as always. Long lines moved quick, food also came out quickly. Crowded but seating wasn't a problem. We always come here and are never disappointed by it.

Pros: Great Food
Cons: Long waits at lunch hour

Visited 9.17.09: Great sandwiches. Avoid the 11:45am-1:30pm frame to avoid huge waits. Their meatball sandwich rocks.

Pros: Great food
Cons: Long lines and product not as quoted

We loved the food so much we ate there twice during our trip. One night we had sandwiches and the other we had soup.

On the second night I asked if I could purchase a bag of the bread that they were using for sandwiches to bring home with me. They said yes. I waited and waited, my food never came. So the manager was standing there and I asked what was taking so long on my food. So when the food came they had toasted all the loaves of bread that I had ordered to take home with me. I was told that I couldn't take the bread uncooked. This confused me because they were allowing people to purchase the sandwiches ungrilled. So what is the difference?

Pros: Great value for your money
Cons: long lines

Very good sandwiches, lots of choices. Long lines but they move fast. Will eat here again. I had the roast beef w/horsradish sauce, DS had hawaiian sandwich didn't care for it but that was his taste.

Pros: good sandwiches
Cons: not a lot of food compared to Wolfgang Puck Xpress

I'm trying to be fair in my review of this rest; but it's very difficult because of the proximity of this rest to Wolfgang Puck's Xpress. If you're on the dining plan - you most definitely should trek on over the WPX. They have the absolute BEST food & both are considered counter service meals.
My DH & myself decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. I was sooo disappointed to have used one of my CS tickets here. I had the med salad w/tuna which was kind of watery, but filled me up. The options you are given to choose from for dessert are very small & not indicated very well until you reach the register & the lady tells you that those items don't qualify-very confusing.

My recommendation if you are on the dining plan to head on over to Wolfgang Puck Xpress where everything is made fresh & is SUPER delicious !!!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

We ate dinner here on 9/2 and it was delightful. It's reasonably priced, has lots of seating and the sandwiches are fantastic and filling.

As a side note, if you decide to get the brownie ice cream sandwich dessert, go ahead and get it when you pay for your sandwich. It definitely needs about 10 - 15 minutes before you can even think about trying to cut into it.
