REGISTERING:


Upon submitting your initial registration, a confirming email will be sent to your email address. That email will contain a link for you to confirm your registration. You MUST click on that link before you will be able to post any reviews. Please be sure to set your email filters to allow email from reviewpost@allears.net to be received. If you haven't received the confirmation email within an hour after registering, please check your spam folder.

TO POST A REVIEW OF AN EXISTING SITE:


Click on the category (Disney Resorts, Concierge Level, etc). Then click on the location that you wish to review. Click on the Post A Review link next to the location's name. Fill out your review and click Submit Post when finished.Your review will show up on the page after it has been approved by a moderator.

PLEASE KEEP REVIEWS CURRENT


We ask that any review that you add be a current one from a recent visit. Resort & Restaurant reviews should be no more than 3 months old. All other reviews should be no more than 12 months old! AllEars.net strives to keep its reviews as fresh and current as possible. We reserve the right to remove reviews once the date of the visit is past one year old if outdated.

EDITING


All reviews are subject to editing for both length and/or content.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS


All passwords are stored encrypted upon registering and cannot be retrieved if forgotten or misplaced. If you cannot remember your password, click on the login link, then click on the Forgot Password link. You will be asked for the email address you used when you registered. After you have entered it, click Submit. You will shortly receive an email at the registered email address with your username and a new randomly generated password. Go to the home page and click on Login. Enter your username and the NEW password shown in that email.

CHANGING PASSWORDS


If you wish to change your password to something else, there are two ways.

1) Go to http://land.allears.net/reviewpost/member.php?ppaction=chgpass and enter your temporary password you received in email and what you wish to change to.

2) Log in and click on the Profile link on the home page. On the next page, click on Edit Profile, then click on Change Password and enter your old password ( the one you have been using or the reset one that was sent to you in the email if you forgot your password) and the new one that you wish to change it to. Then click Change Password.

Your password is now reset to what you typed in.
