This was my favorite of the three rotational restaurants on the Dream. It's just beautiful - I would love to be in this restaurant for a formal night dinner. It seems a little roomier than the other two - the tables don't seem quite as close together, and the booths are very nice. The menu was really good, with offerings like wild boar, duck, and salmon royale.

Disney Dining Meets Turtle Talk with Crush - that's how I describe this restaurant experience. But this is actually one restaurant where you're better off if you're seated along the walls rather than in the middle - if you're not close to the screens on the wall you really don't have the chance to interact with Crush. The decor of the restaurant is fun - the chairs have buttons on the back like Mickey's pants and the butter knives are shaped like palette knives. Though I don't think that those classic animation touches go very well with the underwater world we end up in. The servers don't transform as the night goes on, either - I missed that.

The plot is contrived, of course. Which is my only real objection to this show. It's fun to see all the different characters, and very nice to see some of the newer characters in this version, like Rapunzel and Flynn Rider. Fortunately they kept Tarzan but got rid of Terk - replaced by a colorful frolic "Under the Sea". There's also a new ballroom scene with Belle and the Beast.

I enjoyed this show, though I think they tried a little too hard to make it require Kleenex, and I found that annoying. It was really terrific to see all of the different characters from so many Disney movies who were featured in this show - the Mary Poppins number was my favorite, but I also really enjoyed the Genie from Aladdin. The staging and costumes and stunts and special effects were terrific.

I really enjoyed our cabin with veranda on the Dream. The bed was heavenly - incredibly comfortable. I wanted to take it home. BUT, unlike the Magic and Wonder, the bed does not split to accommodate friends traveling together who do not wish to sleep together. The bed is tall enough to store luggage underneath, which is big help, especially since the rooms are a little smaller than those on the first two ships. There's not enough electrical outlets - bring a power strip. They've added a second clothesline in the tub, helpful if you wish to dry wet laundry or swimsuits.
