 Walked up 5/3 and were seated within 5 minutes. German ancestry and go to Oktoberfest a lot so I'm used to eating with strangers at the same table. The pork roast was awesome, but ask the cook for the crispy skin he has sitting there next to it...I guarantee you will thank me. SO DELICIOUS. All of the sides were true to what I'm used to and look for in German food. I only tried the apple streudel for dessert. It was good but not amazing. Everything else was though...can't wait to go back!

 DH and I ate here 5/1. Walked up 15 minutes before 7:15 ADR and we were seated immediately. Our server Russ was snarky and to the point but very funny about it, which made it pleasant.


I had the cheese plate, which I could honestly eat every single day for the rest of my life and not complain. It was that good. DH had tuna tempura roll app and loved it. Pregnant with morning sickness I didn't want to eat a lot so I got the soup which was a bean soup that day. I love beans, but this soup tasted like the liquid from a can of baked beans. No no no. Not good. Russ took it back right away and I got the mozzarella and tomato salad which was awesome. DH had the scallops, and said it was good but not spectacular. He also had a flight of wine and one of the glasses was bad. Russ took that back also and was very apologetic. Got the Boardwalk Trio for dessert. Ice pop was super tart but good, popcorn mousse was awesome, but we didn't like the moon pie. The pound cake fries on top were yummy though. Russ saw that DH ate my popcorn and I was yelling at him so he brought me more without asking me.


Can't wait to go back! Russ was a really great addition to our date night at Disney (:

 Love love LOVE this breakfast!! We ate at 7:30am on 4/29 and had more than enough time to see all of the characters and eat before 8:30 (I wanted to get to MK before opening). The potatoes were exceptional. The seasoning on them was awesome. DH hates potatoes and stabbed my hand with his fork for the last one! Eggs were very good for scrambled eggs at Disney. Characters were super attentive and DS3 loved watching them go to other tables and then coming to see him. Oh, and who doesn't love POG juice?!!

 POP and Mickey waffles are the only things that saved this from getting a one. I know I should expect large crowds at a value resort, but the noise is deafening in the food court area. The sausage patties tasted like pressed wet cat food. Really, they were that bad. DH finally resorted to yogurt because it was prepackaged and there were no surprises in taste.
