Last Review Posted Animal Kingdom Lodge KIDANI Village (Disney Vacation Club)
My family stayed at Kidani on our most recent visit from Dec 4 to Dec 15, 2011. We really enjoyed the resort, it was well appointed. The cast members were all great to interact and deal with and were some of the best most friendly cast we've ever encountered at WDW.

Don't even know where to start..... I guess with the room. We stayed in room 7405 on the 4th floor it was a 1BR villa, however it was not a Savannah view, but we were just trying to keep our point total down in order to have a longer trip. The room itself was awesome, very clean, roomy and having an extra full bathroom was definitely a plus. The only negative I have about the room was you could hear everything going on in the unit directly above us, every foot step, conversation, toilet flushing, and if they ran the whirlpool tub it was extremely loud in our villa, I'd recommend requesting a room on the top floor to try to eliminate some of the noise issues coming from above.

Although we didn't have a savannah view room, there are plenty of animal viewing areas throughout the resort so it really wasn't an issue for us, besides we were at Walt Disney World, how much time do you actually spend in your room anyway.....right?

Pool area was great, although my personal opinion is that they play the music a bit loud for my liking in the afternoon. The bus service was spotty from time to time but overall it was pretty timely, except one time we waited 45 minutes for a Downtown Disney bus, and the theme park buses do go to Kidani first before going on to Jambo House so usually you can get a seat.

Other than some noise from our upstairs neighbors, I really can't say anything bad about the resort and will definitely stay there again. I would have rated a 10 but that noise brought it down just a little on the scale, but I think my fellow allears readers will love Kidani Village.
