This is a quality cap, ... fits great after a wash as a cap should. KEEP IN MIND, these are fully washable, ... and machine dryable. As such, there will be some minimal shrinkage within the cap itself, which will raise the cap's crown a bit, but nothing drastic. These are very well made, come in a great variety of colors, and I really like the adjustable band attachment, ... not like Velcro, this is a sturdy hardware buckle for adjusting the fit. Very comfortable, and it breathes well through its good quality material. I wear mine everyday as I'm lost and feel naked without it. I'm NOT BALD, in fact my hair is of shoulder length, ... just got used to wearing a quality cap since I lost my original MLB Yankees cap a few years back.

- the strap does NOT move easily, even trying to loosen it before putting it on was challenging (and even MORE difficult trying to tighten ON my head)
- once you pull the strap tab out, you can NOT get it back into the slot.

I had this huge loop and floppy strap showing when I put it on
