Just after noon, I met up with Bret and his family outside 50's Prime Time Cafe. Bret is a member of the Disney Moms Panel, and we'd recorded a Hidden Mickeys video segment for the Panel last September. In the photo, Bret and his children, Allie and Peter, are in front of The Great Movie Ride.

Later, I caught up with Marc Lorenzo and relatives at Epcot's Camera Center near Spaceship Earth. At an auction for Lou Mongello's Dream Team Project during Fred Block's MagicMeets this summer, Marc bid on a Hidden Mickeys Tour with me, and he won!
We wandered around Epcot this sunny afternoon, checking on Mickey. In the photo, Marc and Josiah (his son) are standing with me in front of the Mexico pavilion. (I'm the one in the hat).

Marc's sister Melissa and her daughter Carolyn were also with us. We enjoyed a few great Hidden Mickeys on Spaceship Earth and Journey into Imagination with Figment. I like to show folks a classic Mickey on the cement path at the rear of Mouse Gear shop. This image was discovered several years ago by a child, and it will probably stick around a while!

The classic Mickey made of rocks at the bottom of the aquarium in The Seas with Nemo & Friends pavilion is moved around from time to time. We found it through a window at the end of the circular observation area on the second level.

We meandered around World Showcase, spotting Hidden Mickeys along the way and taking in the Gran Fiesta ride several times. Marc and Melissa tasted chocolate eclairs at Boulangerie Patisserie in France. I think the tour was a success; at least I had a great time!

Steve,
It was an incredible Hidden Mickey's Tour and I have the photos to prove it! It was definitly the highlight of my whole trip. My son is still talking about how cool the Hidden Mickey Tour was and he really got into making a new Hidden Mickey with one Quater and two Pennies in the Japan Pavillion in one of the ponds! Thanks again for taking the time to give us such a great Hidden Mickeys Tour of Epcot!

Hi Steve,
We just returned from the World. My girls love looking for Hidden Mickeys. While we were on the Grand Fiesta ride, there was a scene with a boat full of small drums. In the front right hand corner, there appeared to be a classic mickey formed from three drums. I didn't have my camera so I couldn't take a picture to confirm. Is this a hidden mickey?
Thanks.

Hi All,
Disney should have a TOUR THAT EXPANDS ALL THE PARKS so they can show all the hidden mickeys. I know it would be costly and time consuming but i would love to do that. I have done the book with all the hiddon mickeys, but i think a tour would be sweet!!!!!!!!!!!

There is also a hidden mickey at rafiki's planet. Go inside the building and look straight ahead at the ostrich on the wall. His eyeball is a mickey head.

hey steve,
we do not have the latest edition of your book but my brother and i are major hidden mickey enthusiasts. Last week we were at the animal kingdom lodge and we noticed a hidden mickey carved on one of the cement paths between the main pool and the walkway that wraps around the lobby and the nearby mara cafe. We were wondering if this was in your latest book(because it wasnt in ours) or if we had just found a new hidden mickey(which would be awesome).
