France is known for it's outdoor cafes. Disney added a pseudo-outdoor cafe area to the France pavilion's Les Chefs de France restaurant. The glass enclosed area protects diners from the Florida weather and still gives the feeling of sitting outside. At night, of course, it is even more so and is my Disney Pic of Week on Sit Down Restaurants.
