In a world where companies have a high employee turnover rate it's refreshing to find someone who's been working at his/her job for decades. Meet Disneyland Cast Member, Rich, who's been a friendly face in the park since 1960. The day I met Rich he was stationed at Casey Jr. Circus Train. It was his gold ring with Mickey Mouse on it that caught my eye and thus started our conversation. Rich said there is only one other CM who has been at Disneyland longer and that's Chef Oscar at Carnation Cafe.
