I had heard that there would be a few special Halloween events at Animal Kingdom today so I decided to check it out. Rafiki's Planet Watch had some decorations, pumpkin painting, treats for the kids and a pumpkin craving contest. But I had a much better time hanging out with Pooh, Eeyore and Tigger as you will see.

Temporary Tattos were given out as I left the Character Landing. There was a kettle of candy as well.

I was expecting a little more in the way of characters in the costumes but none of them were in any kind of Halloween costumes. But it was still a fun way to spend a few hours and have a quick lunch. Lunch was a hot dog and diet coke. I noticed even the hot dogs are being served on the new healthier buns.
