In this posting I will take a look at the “Freeze the Night,” which is part of the Frozen Fun that runs through April 30. Freeze the Night event that takes place each evening in the Hollywood Land Backlot area. I have separate postings from this trip on the Frozen Fun area and Royal Theatre Show in the Fantasy Faire, plus my regular park updates. Snow projection effects on Monsters Inc.
To the right of the Monsters Inc area where the House of Cards Dance Floor was for the Mad T Party is an interactive dance floor and beyond that Marshallow was out for pictures.
Here is a closer look at some of the dance floor projections.

To help you judge the scale, note the adults in the background and a young Elsa posing with him.
Next to him is a play/game area.
Stage 12 has ice/snow projections
The House of Ice had a steady line.
Ice Carving took place on the Hollywood Backlot Stage. Here is the first creation of the evening underway.
This was more etching than carving…
She then went to work on the back side doing some more serious carving.
She finished the first ice sculpture.
