One of the many highlights of Destination D: Attraction Rewind this November is that Mickey’s of Glendale-the Walt Disney Imagineering store-will be setting up a temporary pop-up shop with items available exclusively to D23 Members attending the event! The shop will open on Friday, November 21 and will offer hours for members through Sunday, November 23.
There will be Destination D: Attraction Rewind logo-themed merchandise and a collection dedicated to the Tower of the Four Winds from the 1964-65 New York World’s Fair.
The Tower of the Four Winds collection will include a ladies tee made of 100% cotton, a 16 oz spiral straw tumbler, and a set of pins featuring animal designs from the Tower-including a turtle pin based on original artwork from Rolly Crump. Destination D: Attraction Rewind logo merchandise will include this Mediterranean blue polo shirt, a 24oz stainless steel sports bottle as well as an array of Destination D-exclusive, limited-edition pins.
In addition, there will be a wide selection of limited-edition pins created exclusively for-and only available at-Destination D: Attraction Rewind. More details on these spectacular pins will be revealed in the coming months.
Mickey’s of Glendale will unveil three of their “Sorcerer Hat” collection pins featuring Lilo, Rapunzel, and Gurgi (Limited Edition 200 each).
Plus, there will be items themed to beloved attractions of the past. Select items will be in limited quantities, which will be announced at the event. Mickey’s of Glendale is also bringing out some of its signature Walt Disney Imagineering merchandise for the first time for D23 Members on the East Coast.
