Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin, Opening Soon at SeaWorld Orlando, Brings the “Freeze” to Phones and Computers

SeaWorld Antarctica

ORLANDO, Fla. (April 2, 2013) - Penguins' vocalizations - such as squawks and honks - are individually identifiable, allowing mates to recognize each other and their chick among colonies of thousands and thousands of other penguins that all look alike. Now a new penguin ringtone from SeaWorld® Orlando can be downloaded for free, and it's a chilly way to stand out from the colony!

The first ringtone is a vocalization from a gentoo penguin, one of the feathered stars at SeaWorld Orlando's new thrilling, chilling adventure, Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin.

Also available -- and all free - are new screensavers and wallpapers, so Antarctica's "freeze" can take over the colony's computers. These cool screensavers have penguins dancing or swimming across the screen, making it fun for the whole family.

Be sure to download the new ringtone and screensavers here.

Fans wanting to explore even more of Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin should download the free Antarctica app, available for iPhones, iPads and Android phones. The app is full of incredible create-and-share videos and photos where fans can swim, march and dance with penguins. These apps can place a user's face onto an Antarctic explorer. And the best part? All videos and photos can easily be shared with family and friends through social media channels -- Facebook, Twitter and YouTube - and can be emailed, too.

The app also is the place to get the cold, hard facts about penguins and Antarctica and watch incredible behind-the-scenes videos about the "making of" SeaWorld Orlando's newest attraction, Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin. Fans can even enter the Family Voyage Sweepstakes to win a trip to Orlando. The app can be downloaded at SeaWorldOrlando.com/Antarctica.

Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin, opening May 24 at SeaWorld Orlando, will transport SeaWorld guests into a rarely seen, icy world where they will feel the majestic grandeur of the South Pole and see it through the eyes of a hero penguin named Puck on an exhilarating, first-of-its-kind family ride. Guests will explore a massive penguin colony in an expanse that envelops them in cool extremes, both above and below the penguins' icy world. It's a must-see, one-of-a-kind theme park experience only at SeaWorld Orlando.

Ellen DeGeneres, the Voice of the Beloved Blue Tang Fish in 2003's "Finding Nemo," Shares Plans for the All-New Big-Screen Adventure

BURBANK, Calif. (April 2, 2013) - When Dory said "just keep swimming" in 2003's Oscar®-winning film "Finding Nemo," she could not have imagined what was in store for her (not that she could remember). Ellen DeGeneres, voice of the friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish, revealed details today about Disney-Pixar's "Finding Dory"-an all-new big-screen adventure diving into theaters on Nov. 25, 2015.

"I have waited for this day for a long, long, long, long, long, long time," said DeGeneres. "I'm not mad it took this long. I know the people at Pixar were busy creating 'Toy Story 16.' But the time they took was worth it. The script is fantastic. And it has everything I loved about the first one: It's got a lot of heart, it's really funny, and the best part is-it's got a lot more Dory."

Director and Pixar veteran Andrew Stanton takes audiences back to the extraordinary underwater world created in the original film. "There is no Dory without Ellen," said Stanton. "She won the hearts of moviegoers all over the world-not to mention our team here at Pixar. One thing we couldn't stop thinking about was why she was all alone in the ocean on the day she met Marlin. In 'Finding Dory,' she will be reunited with her loved ones, learning a few things about the meaning of family along the way."

According to Stanton, "Finding Dory" takes place about a year after the first film, and features returning favorites Marlin, Nemo and the Tank Gang, among others. Set in part along the California coastline, the story also welcomes a host of new characters, including a few who will prove to be a very important part of Dory's life.

"Finding Nemo" won the 2003 Academy Award® for Best Animated Feature; the film was nominated for three additional Oscars® (Best Writing, Original Screenplay; Best Music, Original Score; Best Sound Editing). It was also nominated for a Golden Globe® Award for Best Motion Picture-Comedy or Musical. In 2008, the American Film Institute named "Finding Nemo" among the top 10 greatest animated films ever made. At the time of its release, "Finding Nemo" was the highest grossing G-rated movie of all time. It's currently the fourth highest grossing animated film worldwide. The film has more than 16 million Likes on Facebook, and Dory-with more than 24 million-is the most Liked individual character from a Disney or Disney-Pixar film.

DeGeneres' distinctive comic voice has resonated with audiences from her first stand-up comedy appearances through her work today on television, in film and in the literary world. Her syndicated talk show, "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," is in its 10th season and has earned 38 Daytime Emmy® Awards. DeGeneres has won 12 People's Choice Awards and the Teen Choice Award for Choice Comedian for three consecutive years. Additionally, her show won two Genesis Awards and a GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Talk Show Episode. For her unforgettable turn as Dory, DeGeneres was nominated for an MTV Movie Award for Best Comedic Performance.

Disneynature-bears-1.gif
Disneynature's BEARS releases in theaters on April 18, 2014!

In an epic story of breathtaking scale, Disneynature's new True Life Adventure "Bears" showcases a year in the life of two mother bears as they impart life lessons to their impressionable young cubs. Set against a majestic Alaskan backdrop teeming with life, their journey begins as winter comes to an end and the bears emerge from hibernation to face the bitter cold. The world outside is exciting-but risky-as the cubs' playful descent down the mountain carries with it a looming threat of avalanches. As the season changes from spring to summer, the brown bear families must work together to find food-ultimately feasting at a plentiful salmon run-while staying safe from predators, including an ever-present wolf pack. "Bears" captures the fast-moving action and suspense of life in one of the planet's last great wildernesses-where mothers definitely know best and their cubs' survival hinges on family togetherness.

Directed by Alastair Fothergill ("Earth," "African Cats" and "Chimpanzee") and Keith Scholey ("African Cats"), "Bears" is in theaters April 18, 2014, to celebrate Earth Day. SeaWorld Orlando Returns 14 Sea Turtles to Canaveral National Seashore

April 10, 2013 (Orlando) - 14 sea turtles -- 11 Kemps Ridley and three loggerheads -- were returned to Canaveral National Seashore in Titusville, Fla., this morning after rehabilitating at SeaWorld Orlando for several months.

These sea turtles were brought to SeaWorld Orlando on December 23, 2012, by a U.S. Coast Guard Airplane, after being rescued just off the coast of Cape Cod, Mass., due to symptoms they suffered from cold stress. After being medically cleared for today's return, the park's Animal Rescue Team transported the 14 turtles to Canaveral National Seashore.

The Kemps Ridley sea turtles ranged in length from 9-13 inches and weighed between 5-13 pounds while the loggerhead sea turtles were about 2-feet long and weighed between 65-85 pounds.

In collaboration with the government and other members of accredited stranding networks, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment operates one of the world's most respected programs to rescue ill and injured marine animals, with the goal to rehabilitate and return to the waters. SeaWorld animal experts have helped more than 22,000 animals in need - ill, injured, orphaned and abandoned - for more than four decades.

So far this year, SeaWorld Orlando has rescued nine turtles and returned 20.

If you see injured sea turtles, you can help by calling the FWC hotline at 1(888) 404-3922 or by dialing *FWC on a cellular device.

monsterrail.jpg

Just in time for a monstrous summer at Walt Disney World Resort, a special themed monorail featuring Mike, Sulley and a few of their classmates from Disney-Pixar's new movie "Monsters University" made its debut April 24 on the Magic Kingdom Park/Resorts loop. The new movie, in theaters in 3D June 21, takes a fun look back at how mismatched monsters Mike and Sulley met during college and eventually became the best of friends.

Here's a video of the "monsterrail" in action:

Disney Parks to Kick Off a ‘Monstrous Summer’ With 24 Hours of Magic on Both Coasts

mike-wazowski.jpg

ANAHEIM, Calif. and LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (April 25, 2013) - Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort will kick off a Monstrous Summer by keeping three theme parks open for 24 hours nonstop on Memorial Day Weekend, the traditional start of the family travel season.

The Magic Kingdom Park in Florida and Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park in California will stay open from 6 a.m., May 24 to 6 a.m., May 25, 2013, local time* marking the beginning of a summer of fun inspired by the upcoming Disney-Pixar comedy adventure Monsters University.

The oversized fun of a 24-hour Disney park "All-Nighter" called for an equally epic announcement, and the huge sphere of Spaceship Earth was transformed from Disney Parks icon to Disney-Pixar "Eye-con," becoming a 180-foot-tall, fully animated Mike Wazowski, the loveable green-bodied, one-eyed monster who joins best pal James P. Sullivan ("Sulley") in the prequel to Monsters, Inc., this summer as college students with hopes of becoming Scarers.

Walt Disney World President George Kalogridis joined Mike to share the news of the first-ever, three-park All-Nighter.

"This summer, Disney Parks are bursting with a monstrous lineup of new thrills, shows and happenings," said Kalogridis. "Guests can start Memorial Day Weekend with a 24-hour-marathon of memory-making as three Parks stay open all day and all night to celebrate the bi-coastal kick-off of a Monstrous Summer at Disney Parks."

Mike and Sulley will take a break from collegiate life and their Scare studies at Monsters University to host the All-Nighter, dropping in to scare up some school spirit. Guests will scream and giggle with delight at the lineup of thrills and entertainment that promises to make this a day and night to be remembered for a lifetime.

In Florida, the Magic Kingdom will feature a Monsters University theme where Mike and Sulley will be the Grand Marshals of the "Celebrate a Dream Come True" day parade - complete with pomp and circumstance - and make appearances in Tomorrowland. Guests also will find extra entertainment throughout the day and night, including characters in their pajamas in Town Square during the late night and early morning, and late-night dance parties in and around the courtyard of Cinderella Castle.

In California, guests can party the night away at both parks with special entertainment, including a Monsters University "TLT Monstrous" Dance Club and Star Wars characters in Tomorrowland, and late-night Character Pajama Party in Mickey's Toontown at Disneyland. The new Fantasy

Faire Royal Theatre at Disneyland will become a Royal Dance Hall late at night with a live band and dancing, and guests of Disney California Adventure will find Monstrous photo opportunities with new Monsters University "Dorms" in Hollywood Land and a new Monsters University float leading the Pixar Play Parade.

All three parks will feature limited-edition specialty merchandise and food and beverage offerings plus other surprises throughout the entire day.

The All-Nighter is just the beginning of the fun. In California, vacationers at "The Happiest Place on Earth" will see how Disneyland Resort "Just Got Happier" with great new attractions such as the "Mickey and the Magical Map" stage show. It is also the first summer for guests to experience the new Fantasy Faire with Disney Princesses at Disneyland, and they continue to enjoy the exciting new offerings of Cars Land and Buena Vista Street at Disney California Adventure.

Walt Disney World Monstrous Summer includes new offerings and popular favorites in all four parks. This is the first summer for New Fantasyland, which has received rave reviews from guests since its December grand opening as the largest expansion in Magic Kingdom history. Guests also will find new, engaging offerings for the entire family throughout the Walt Disney World Resort this summer such as an interactive "Pirates Adventure" game at Magic Kingdom, the newly re-imagined Test Track at Epcot, the new Disney Junior show, featuring Sofia The First and Doc McStuffins, as new additions at Disney's Hollywood Studios, plus Wilderness Explorers at Disney's Animal Kingdom that will bring families together in exciting new ways.

ABOUT "MONSTERS UNIVERSITY"

Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski (voice of Billy Crystal) was a little monster, he has dreamed of becoming a Scarer-and he knows better than anyone that the best Scarers come from Monsters University (MU). But during his first semester at MU, Mike's plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot James P. Sullivan, "Sulley" (voice of John Goodman), a natural-born Scarer. The pair's out-of-control competitive spirit gets them both kicked out of the University's elite Scare Program. To make matters worse, they realize they will have to work together, along with an odd bunch of misfit monsters, if they ever hope to make things right. Screaming with laughter and oozing with heart, Disney-Pixar's "Monsters University" is directed by Dan Scanlon ("Cars," "Mater and the Ghostlight," "Tracy"), produced by Kori Rae ("Up," "The Incredibles," "Monsters, Inc.") and features music from future Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and award-winning composer Randy Newman ("Monsters, Inc.," "Toy Story 3"). For more information, like us at facebook.com/PixarMonstersUniversity, and follow us on twitter.com/disneypixar. The film opens in U.S. theaters on June 21, 2013, and will be shown in 3D in select theaters. For more information, check out disney.com/MonstersU.

Disney’s First Cruise Ship, Disney Magic, Offers Guests Brand-New Experiences and Reimagined Spaces

disney-magic-atrium.jpg

CELEBRATION, Fla. (April 26, 2013) - There's an extra dose of magic coming aboard the Disney Magic, when the Disney Cruise Line vessel relaunches with new spaces, reimagined areas and exciting additions for the whole family. Guests will experience new adventures from stem to stern throughout their journey on the cruise ship that set the standard for oceangoing majesty and family fun.

From a new grand atrium lobby and a children's area of "super hero" proportions to a three-story water thrill slide and a spa to stimulate the "Senses," there are plenty of new and magical surprises in store for cruise guests. The ship features fun new experiences with Marvel characters - the first time Super Hero icons from the Marvel Universe have been introduced on a Disney Cruise Line ship.

"We have always been committed to reinvesting in our fleet and continuously making shipboard enhancements that elevate the guest experience," said Karl L. Holz, president of Disney Cruise Line. "What we're doing with the Disney Magic is yet another step forward in our commitment to delivering the absolute best family vacations at sea."

"Storytelling is at the heart of everything we do," says Joe Lanzisero, senior creative vice president for Walt Disney Imagineering. "Walt Disney was a master storyteller and knew how to engage people's emotions into stories. Our job is to take what we learned from Walt and apply it to the experiences on board our ships."

Here are some highlights of new "magic" in store for guests aboard the Disney Magic after the "reimagineering" transformation of the ship that takes place during dry dock Sept. 7-Oct. 10, 2013 in Cadiz, Spain:

A Grand First Impression

When guests board the Disney Magic, they enter the grand atrium lobby that is redesigned to be "elegant art deco, inspired by elements of the sea," according to Lanzisero.

"Filmmaking is the history of our company and in film the 'establishing shot' sets the scene," he says. "This is the same with the atrium, as we begin telling our story."

The spacious and spectacular three-deck lobby features hand-tufted, custom-made carpet that dazzles in a palette of vibrant coral, blue and aquamarine seashell-inspired designs. The art deco atrium chandelier is inspired by rays of the sun and the glisten of the surface of the ocean. Opulent furnishings, a grand piano and giant portholes recall the days of early 20th century ocean liners.

The lobby's centerpiece is a cold-cast bronze statue of "Helmsman Mickey," ever-smiling and keeping watch as guests stroll past. The famed statue, which has stood in the atrium since the ship was launched, will receive a special makeover bringing new luster to its golden hue.

Disney, Disney-Pixar & Marvel Characters Join the Fun

avengers-academy.jpg

Disney's Oceaneer Club, open to 3- to 12-year-old children, is a completely re-imagined area that transports children to the magical realms of brave super heroes, adventuresome toys, fanciful fairies and Mickey Mouse's club for creativity and fun.

With Marvel now a part of the Walt Disney Company family, this will mark the first time the Super Hero icons of Marvel have been introduced on a Disney Cruise Line ship. Marvel and Walt Disney Imagineers have created a new space for children to enter into the Marvel Universe.

Marvel's The Avengers will make their presence known in an epic way aboard the Disney Magic, with Marvel's Avengers Academy calling Disney's Oceaneer Club its new seaward home. Young crime-fighters will be transported to a high-tech command post used by The Avengers for special missions and operations training.

Throughout the base, displays featuring some of the equipment that helps to make The Avengers the earth's mightiest heroes - Iron Man's suit of armor, Captain America's shield and Thor's hammer - inspire super hero "recruits" through their academy missions. Avengers Academy is a multi-day, immersive entertainment experience where children interact with Marvel characters and unleash their inner super heroes.

Adjacent to Marvel's Avengers Academy is Andy's Room, where stars of the Disney-Pixar "Toy Story" trilogy come to life in a multi-level space. Stocked with all of Andy's favorite toys, the room features a larger-than-life Mr. Potato Head, a giant version of the lovable piggy bank, Hamm, and a Slinky Dog slide.

Next door is Pixie Hollow, the enchanted land of Tinker Bell and her fairy friends. In this magical forest setting, Tinker Bell's teapot house serves as a costume closet and children can make crafts while sitting on stools shaped like mushrooms and acorns.

In Disney's Oceaneer Club guests will find the Mickey Mouse Club, another new children's area. Inside a room splashed with Mickey's signature colors of red, yellow and black, kids can create crafts and play games on ear-shaped tables. The club also features Goofy Gears, an oversized activity where kids play with wacky, magnetic spinning gears.

But the kid-sized fun doesn't stop there!

Disney's Oceaneer Lab takes 3-to-12-year-old children on a journey of discovery, exploration and adventures. At this new pirate-themed area, children are encouraged to create, play and explore. An animator's studio, a pirate workshop and lab lets kids get hands-on to create experiments and art projects, and Navigator Simulators let young buccaneers steer a ship through the mysterious waters of The Caribbean.

For the youngest cruisers - ages three months to three years - is the new It's a Small World Nursery. Inspired by the style of Disney Legend Mary Blair, this whimsical world is a place of age-specific fun and discovery, with trained counselors.

H2-OH!

The upper ship decks of the Disney Magic have been redesigned for plenty of splashtacular fun, with waterful adventures that include a three-story water slide for thrill-seekers and a Huey, Dewey and Louie-themed toddler splash zone for smaller ducklings.

"From small children to teens to adults, everyone will have a space to have fun in the sun and water. We added more water play areas, dynamic slides, interactive elements for the kids, and more shade," says Lanzisero.

aquadunk.jpg

Water thrills are found on the AquaDunk, a three-story body slide that begins with a surprise launch. Riders step inside a translucent tube and await the near-vertical launch that takes place when the floor beneath them opens like a trap door. The drop sends guests on an exhilarating, swift and splashy ride in a translucent tube that extends 20 feet over the side of the ship. Guests taller than 48 inches can enjoy the AquaDunk.

Guests can also soak in the sun and the water fun with AquaLab, an interactive water playground open to kids ages 3 and up. In the AquaLab, families can frolic among pop jets, geysers and bubblers in this fun and fanciful 1,800-square-foot space, while the Twist n' Spout water slide gets them delightfully drenched with more than 250 feet of sliding fun of loops and turns. Twist n' Spout is for guests between 38 and 64 inches tall.

Tots up to age 3 can play in the new Nephews' Splash Zone, a splash-a-second area dedicated to interactive fun and starring Donald Duck's mischievous nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie. The area features water play with pop jets, squirting figures of Donald Duck's nephews and plenty of high seas hijinks.

Disney Dining With an Extra Dash of Pixie Dust

New restaurants and new technology are on the menu for the restaurants aboard Disney Magic.

Animator's Palate, one of the most popular restaurants on the Disney ships, is updated with all-new, animation-adorned walls and larger high-definition flat-screens to provide the best views of the animation magic that takes place all around.

A heaping helping of entertainment is served up during the brand-new "Drawn to Magic" experience at Animator's Palate. Throughout this deliciously fresh take on Disney Cruise Line's much beloved classic dinner celebration, the restaurant's black and white "blank canvas" explodes into full color as favorite Disney and Disney-Pixar characters, such as Rapunzel from "Tangled" and Remy from "Ratatouille," come to life right before guests' eyes.

On every Disney Magic cruise, guests will have an opportunity to experience the tremendously popular "Animation Magic" dinner show that celebrates the magic of Disney animation and allows families to create and participate in an innovative way. First unveiled on the Disney Fantasy, "Animation Magic" invites guests to create their own characters that magically spring to life, become fully animated and join the show onscreen.

The vibrancy of Rio de Janeiro creates an energetic atmosphere in Carioca's, a new restaurant named after Donald Duck's parrot pal in "The Three Caballeros," Jose Carioca. Festooned with lighted lanterns, the restaurant is designed to be "fun by day, elegant by night," says Lanzisero.

During the day, there's a festival theme and, when night falls, the atmosphere transforms into an after-hours scene of Rio de Janiero, with city-side windows softly illuminated and lanterns flickering overhead. Carioca's replaces Parrot Cay restaurant, currently on the Disney Magic.

Another new restaurant to the Disney Magic is Cabanas, a casual dining experience with food and beverage stations during daytime hours and a table-service restaurant during dinner. The Australian setting of the Disney-Pixar animated classic "Finding Nemo" inspires the décor with hints of the film's fishy and feathered friends throughout the restaurant.

Cabanas, which replaces the current Topsider Buffet, also is expanding. More inside space is being added, increasing the total square-footage of air-conditioned area by nearly 3,400 square feet to more than 9,460 square feet and a total of 455 seats.

Disney Cruise Line's popular Palo restaurant for adults receives a makeover with stylish fixtures, glass artwork and new stone floors. Red and white striped poles reminiscent of those found throughout the canals in Venice are a design feature.

The Fun's Just Begun When Nighttime Comes

After a day of frolicking on the decks and out and about the ship, Disney Magic offers big city-style fun in After Hours, the nighttime adult entertainment district. An all-new lineup of clubs includes venues for dancing, comedy, music and variety shows. After Hours replaces Beat Street, currently on the Disney Magic.

"It's our goal to create a sleek and sophisticated adult experience in After Hours" says Lanzisero. "Each of the three clubs has a different feel that complements the others."

Fathoms night club is a celebration of the sea that utilizes special effects, lighting and sound to create different atmospheres from early evening to night.

"The ocean can sometimes be very calm and sometimes have some big excitement," Lanzisero says. "That's what we wanted to create with Fathoms."

For guests seeking a more low-key nighttime experience, there is Keys piano bar and lounge. Whether guests want to relax with a cocktail and the soft sounds of a piano or "wind down" after an evening of dancing and revelry, Keys provides a refined retreat.

Pub days of olde are recalled in O'Gills, an Irish pub and sports bar designed with traditional decor. Live televised athletic events are on tap for sports-lovers.

Open Up, and Say "Spa"

For the ultimate in relaxation and pampering, the enhanced Senses Spa & Salon offers many indulgences. Redesigned with a sleek and contemporary style, this haven of personal harmony provides an unmatched ocean-view environment. The size of the spa is being expanded by 725 square feet, to a total size of nearly 11,500 square feet.

A new Smile Spa offers teeth whitening services, a new barbershop offers services for the gentlemen and the new Chill Spa provides treatments especially for teens 13 to 17 years of age.

Family Fun in the D Lounge

Another reimagined area, D Lounge, offers a variety of family-friendly games, shows, dances and activities designed for all ages. Colorful and contemporary, this space encourages creative and kinetic fun. Families can enjoy entertainment, game shows and activities together in D Lounge which replaces Studio Sea, currently on the Disney Magic.

Putting more "room" in staterooms

Disney Cruise Line knows that traveling families always need more space, so features are included in each room to provide more usable space. Bed frames are elevated to provide storage space underneath. The bathrooms include the split-bath feature that Disney introduced to the cruise industry - providing even greater convenience to guests.

"Star Wars" Day Brings The Galaxy to Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney’s "Planes" set to take off at Eaa airventure oshkosh 2013

DisneyPlanes.gif
Special preview screening set at Fly-In Theater on Friday, August 2

EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wis. - (April 29, 2013) - Everyone knows that Oshkosh becomes the busiest airport in the world the week of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh (July 29-August 4), and that airplanes take off all the time " however, 2013 will be a first for some very special planes.

The summer release of "Disney's Planes," the animated comedy adventure from above the world of the popular 2006 film "Cars," has the entire aviation community buzzing! Those attending AirVenture this year will have the opportunity to experience a Special Preview Screening at the Fly-In Theater on Friday night, August 2, one week before the movie opens in theaters nationwide. "Disney's Planes" will touch all who see it and help them understand the thrill and excitement that flying offers.

Director and aviation enthusiast Klay Hall says, "'Disney's Planes' is a great underdog story. It has a lot of heart and a message we can all use: If we can believe in ourselves, step out of our comfort zones and get past whatever fear that's holding us back, we'd be surprised with the results. And that's exactly what happens to Dusty in this movie. He's a crop duster who's never flown above 1,000 feet, but he dreams of being the fastest air racer in the world. He has a lot of obstacles to overcome and needs to dig pretty deep to find the courage to become more than he was built to be. We're so happy to share the film with the passionate aviation community at AirVenture."

Prior to the movie, Hall will be present at the screening to talk about the making of "Disney's Planes," sharing behind-the-scenes stories and secrets.

"The Fly-In Theater has become a signature event at AirVenture and Ford is delighted to host Dusty and the crew for a screening that no doubt will pack the house," said Kevin Keling, Director of Global Auto Shows & Events for Ford Motor Company, which each year sponsors the Fly-In Theater presentations.

The special preview screening is included with regular EAA AirVenture admission on Aug. 2. The Fly-In Theater is an outdoor facility with a five-story-high screen and full sound system that presents aviation and other action movies for AirVenture attendees during AirVenture. It is a favorite evening activity for all Oshkosh attendees, especially those from the adjacent Camp Scholler camping area.

Jack Pelton, EAA Chairman of the Board, says "AirVenture is a wonderful family event and we are absolutely thrilled to be a part of the ultimate family experience with this special screening of "Disney's Planes." Dusty will be a real star of AirVenture this year in so many ways. We urge people to make plans now to join us for this special event."

"Disney's Planes" features a talented roster of voice talent, including Dane Cook, Brad Garrett, Teri Hatcher, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Stacy Keach and more.
